Africa PID Alliance is a project driven by Training Centre in Communication(TCC-AFRICA), which, encompasses a community of PID enthusiasts in and from Africa aiming to lead and realize a FAIR sharing of access to data using Persistent Identifiers in innovation, research, and technology within the cultural, scientific and cross-industry ecosystems. Helix Analytics Africa is an extension of Training Center in Communication (TCC Africa) based at The University of Nairobi – Faculty of Science and Technology. It is the data analytics branch of TCC Africa founded to promote “data for impact (D4I) ” by leveraging on Open Science and modern data infrastructure to enhance public insights.

The strategy of Helix Analytics Africa is to extend the capacity of data analytics for public use through collaboration with Data Governance institutions who regulate open data. The significance of this collaboration is to create credibility in collated data.

We understand that the success of our higher education initiatives relies on the active engagement of a wide range of stakeholders. By working in partnership with these stakeholders, we can create innovative, competitive and sustainable solutions within the higher education institutions.
