Call for Applications: External Evaluator for the PROSPER Project

The PROSPER Project invites applications from qualified independent evaluators to assess the quality of its management, implementation, partnership performance, progress and sustainability.

PROSPER is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project aimed at strengthening internationalisation within Kenya’s higher education landscape.

The assignment will run from October/November 2026 to February 2027, with a maximum available budget of EUR 4,000. Applicants should submit:

A detailed CV
A statement of availability
A methodology note of no more than two pages
A financial proposal covering the full assignment

Applications must be submitted in English by 30 September 2026 to Prosper@univ-paris1.fr.
